Our Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you can return it under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Product must be unused and in good condition to be eligible for a refund
2. Return process: Please contact us to initiate a return through our website or email us at bahtupots@gmail.com we will provide you with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Refund: We will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method. Allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

The name "BahTu" originates from the Bahasa word "batu," meaning rock, stone, or boulder. In Tagalog, "bato" also translates to rock or stone. The addition of the "h" gives it a unique flair.
